Adam Woodruff is an attorney in Shutts & Bowen's Tampa office where he is a member of the Corporate Department. Mr. Woodruff concentrates his practice in corporate, real estate and business transactions. He represents clients in matters involving formation of business entities, business acquisitions and sales, mergers, real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing, commercial lending and real estate finance, homeowners association and condominium association issues, real estate litigation involving quiet title matters and foreclosures and business and real estate contract review, negotiation and preparation.
