Alberto Delgado is a partner in the Real Estate Department in the firm’s Miami Office, where he practices in a wide variety of real estate related matters. He has extensive experience with complex commercial real estate financing, representing lenders and borrowers, throughout Florida and the country. In addition, he has represented clients in a broad range of other real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, investments, development and leasing all in commercial, residential and mixed-use settings.
Mr. Delgado also spends an increasing amount of time working with institutional lenders in pursuing resolutions for troubled loans and is a member of the firm’s complex workout group’s real estate team. His vast experience in structuring and documenting real estate transactions has equipped him with necessary skills to assist clients in formulating innovative, effective and practical solutions to complex circumstances.
In addition to his work in real estate transaction areas, Mr. Delgado has represented clients in title insurance claims, asset based lending, estate and tax planning, probate matters, as well as in collections and commercial litigation.
Mr. Delgado is active in the community through business, legal and charitable organizations. Working with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Cuba Committee has been a rewarding experience that has allowed him to interact with a growing number of leaders in the business community. He is also passionate about his involvement and fundraising for CHARLEE Homes for Children.
