With his experience in mergers and acquisitions, Andrew Eitingon understands the nuances of structuring complex transactions. His work now focuses on real estate transactions, where he structures agreements to protect the interests of his clients. He is an attorney in the firm’s Orlando Real Estate Practice Group.
Mr. Eitingon counsels clients in real estate development, including acquisition, sale, lease, financing, easement rights, land use and zoning. Clients include developers and owners of commercial and residential property.
Mr. Eitingon has received the LEED® Accredited Professional designation from the U.S. Green Building Council and advises clients on a variety of issues related to green buildings and sustainable development.
Background
Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, Mr. Eitingon practiced real estate and corporate law in Los Angeles, California. His experience includes negotiating and structuring purchase and sale transactions for national real estate developers, drafting commercial leases for big-box retail stores and mixed-use projects, negotiating mergers and acquisitions, and performing due diligence for purchases and financings.
