Anthony Yanez has experience in the defense of products liability cases, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, and high exposure general liability cases. Mr. Yanez concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on class action defense and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Insurance Practice Group in Shutts & Bowen's Miami Office.
During law school, Mr. Yanez served as an Articles and Comments Editor of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review, received Book Awards in the subjects of Business Associations and Sports Law and also earned the Mary T. Hennessy Scholarship. As an undergraduate, he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the national accountancy honor fraternity.
