Brendan Aloysius Barry is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and Florida Bar Certified in Real Estate Law.
Mr. Barry practices in commercial real estate representing owners, developers and lenders in the acquisition, development, finance, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate and has extensive experience in securitized lending and portfolio loans, commercial real estate syndications, workouts, restructures, and foreclosures. Mr. Barry also represents businesses and entrepreneurs in commercial transactions and represents lenders in asset based lending and other secured transactions.
Mr. Barry is a board member of The Boys and Girls Club of Broward County and a past member of the Planning Board for the Town of Lauderdale-by-The-Sea. Mr. Barry also serves on the Board of Advisors of Pine Crest School.
