Charles B. "Chuck" Costar, III practices in the areas of transactional real estate, land use and real estate based financing, and is a member of the Orlando Real Estate Practice Group. He represents businesses, institutions and individuals buying, selling, developing and financing real estate transactions.
He has extensive experience representing developers and home builders, both local and national, on large-scale commercial, mixed-use and residential projects. His representation of financial institutions includes workout and restructuring transactions, as well as foreclosure actions.
Mr. Costar is a past member of the Orange County, Florida Board of Zoning Adjustment. He is a graduate of Leadership Orlando and Lifework Leadership, f/k/a the Greater Orlando Leadership Foundation. Mr. Costar also is a past member of the Board of Directors of Lifework Leadership.
