Experienced in estate planning and taxation, David Gart counsels clients on ways to protect their financial interests by using his broad business experience and a background in accounting. A partner in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group, he also negotiates business and real estate transactions.

Experience

With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Gart advises clients on estate planning, probate, taxation and real estate. He also handles estate planning for those who are non-residents or non-citizens, including entrepreneurs, executives and other individuals. He works with clients throughout the state and offers extensive knowledge in trusts, such as charitable, life insurance and qualified domestic trusts, as well as gift and income tax matters.

A former certified public accountant, Mr. Gart also uses his accounting experience to help companies with their business transactions and has handled many business and real estate matters. 

Mr. Gart also frequently lectures on estate planning and financial topics.
