Biography

A seasoned litigator, Don Lynn represents clients by finding creative solutions to complex disputes. Because of his wide-ranging experience, he is able to counsel clients in various industries and help minimize the effects of disruptive litigation.

Experience

Mr. Lynn has consistently focused on commercial litigation, guiding numerous businesses through trials, arbitrations, and related negotiations. He counsels clients throughout the process and helps them face issues that may challenge their continued operations. He has considerable experience with shareholder disputes, contract disputes, telecommunications cases and franchise issues. He is also skilled in bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters and serves the firm's banking and financial institutions clients in commercial foreclosures, workouts, lender liability claims and related bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Lynn previously served on the Board of Editors of The Florida Bar Journal and has published articles on business tort litigation.
