For nearly 15 years, Zach Rans has been representing businesses and individuals in business transactions with an especial focus on real estate and construction related transactions. He routinely handles matters involving commercial leasing; design and construction contracting; sales and acquisitions of commercial real estate; title insurance; real estate financing and construction financing; and negotiation and drafting of various other agreements for commercial transactions. He is a member of the Real Estate Department in the Tampa office.
