Eric Castleson represents developers in matters involving real estate development including acquisition and sales, permits and entitlements, financing, and construction. An attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group of the Orlando office, he has worked on large commercial, residential, and multi-use developments throughout Central Florida.
Mr. Castleson uses his experience in land use and zoning, and environmental regulation to facilitate the real estate development process. Clients include developers of residential, institutional, commercial, and multi-use property, in both the private and public sector.
