Geoffrey Randall is a partner in the Financial Services Practice Group in Miami. He frequently counsels institutional clients about developing new financial services and methods of geographic expansion and has extensive experience in structuring and documenting mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of assets, financings, and other types of transactions. He also has extensive experience in a wide variety of bank regulatory matters, including the handling of numerous change-in-control, Bank Holding Company Act, and other bank regulatory filings, and the resolution of all kinds of regulatory compliance issues.
Mr. Randall is co-author of “Interstate Banking in Florida,” Banking Law Journal, January/February 1985.
