R. John Nadjafi is a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office, where he practices in the firm’s Construction & Litigation Practice Groups.
Mr. Nadjafi represents developers, owners, lenders, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in legal matters involving construction law and litigation. Mr. Nadjafi also represents clients in commercial litigation matters involving complex contracts, business torts, real estate, non-competition agreements, fiduciary duties, partnership, joint venture and shareholder disputes.
Mr. Nadjafi has lectured extensively regarding construction law and is a member of The Florida Bar, the Construction Law Committee in the Real Property Section of The Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association.
