Juana Sanchez-Presas

Ms. Sanchez-Presas started her paralegal career in 1985. Her legal experience includes the areas of commercial, residential, and loan transactions involving conveyances, acquisitions, and mergers.

As a transactional paralegal, Ms. Sanchez-Presas handles due diligence matters, reviews and prepares timelines for purchase and sale contracts, prepares closing documents, prepares loan documents; reviews leases and summarizes same, prepares corporate documents as it relates to each transaction; prepares closing statements, prepares initial drafts of title opinions, performs title searches, prepares title commitments and title policies, reviews surveys and plats.

Ms. Sanchez-Presas has had some exposure in the areas of corporate and probate matters.

Ms. Sanchez-Presas received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Florida International University in 1988, and was registered with The Florida Bar as a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2008.
