Working in the commercial real estate market, Kristen Idle counsels developers and property owners in real estate projects in the Orlando area. The bulk of her practice involves commercial real estate financing, acquisition and development.
A member of the Real Estate Practice Group at the Orlando office, Ms. Idle represents the firm's clients in matters involving due diligence, contract negotiations and legal counsel on development work. She also represents both commercial lenders and borrowers and has handled complicated loan transactions of up to $35 million.
Ms. Idle is very active in the Orange County Bar Association and was recently elected to the Board of the Young Lawyers' Section. She also serves as the section's social chair.
