
Linda M. Robison
Linda M. Robison is Co-Chair of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and a partner in the Corporate Transactions Practice Group. She has more than thirty-five years experience in private practice, focusing on corporate and securities law matters, including extensive experience representing public and private companies in the health care industry and lenders to such companies. She also represents various health care provider entities in the structuring of joint ventures with referral sources, general fraud and abuse matters, and provider contracting arrangements. Her securities experience encompasses preparation of registration statements for equity and debt offerings as well as exchange offers, private placements, proxy statements, and various other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A major portion of her practice involves the structuring and negotiation of corporate transactions, including, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, business reorganizations and restructures, and joint ventures and partnerships for principals of companies engaged in varied industries.
