Linda Socolow brings practical work experience to her representation of clients in land use and governmental matters.  Before joining Shutts & Bowen, she was Director of Land Entitlements for a large residential and commercial development company based in Broward County.   She has presented projects to several planning and zoning boards and county commissions.  She prepared and presented Community Development petitions and worked with municipalities and government agencies throughout Florida. 

Ms. Socolow also focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright registrations and proceedings before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office to the latest issues involving the use of the Internet, domain registrations and e-commerce.

She is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in Fort Lauderdale.
