C. Lynn Kline has been working in the field of civil litigation in Orlando, Florida since 1980, and has spent the last 23 years working as a paralegal. Lynn’s primary focus has been in construction litigation and collections work. She regularly assists with the drafting of discovery and other pleadings, and has extensive experience with document reviews and analysis of complex litigation matters and with the creation of document databases. She assists with the identification of potential witnesses, with the identification of critical deposition exhibits, and with the organization of trial documents.
Ms. Kline coordinates witness schedules for trials, schedules mediations, schedules witness interviews and depositions, and in general assists attorneys with any scheduling needs they have. She has participated in over a dozen trials and arbitrations in Florida, Georgia and Colorado.
Ms. Kline has often served as a mentor for junior paralegals and secretaries, has reviewed client files to determine what action is required, and has assisted in efforts to move litigation files along with efficiency and thoroughness.
Ms. Kline is actively involved in the community and spent three years as a volunteer with the Department of Juvenile Justice working with first-time youth offenders before the State dropped the program due to funding issues. She hopes to be involved in similar programs if the State resumes them.
