Maria D. Lamas

Maria Lamas has been continuously employed in the real estate field since 1988. She has extensive experience in all phases of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential acquisitions, loan transactions, construction financing; title search and examination; survey reviews; preparation of closing documents, initial drafts of contracts, opinions of title, title insurance commitments and policies, title and closing binders; and assisting developers in a variety of transactions, from bulk condominium unit closings to complex tax credit financing.

Ms. Lamas received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Florida International University in 1994 and graduated, cum laude from Florida International University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. She was certified as a Florida Registered Paralegal with The Florida Bar in 2008.
