Mark D. Folk is Co-Chair of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and a partner in the Corporate Transactions Practice Group. He has more than twenty years of experience in private practice, focusing on corporate and securities law matters, including extensive experience representing public and private companies in the healthcare industry; representation of provider entities in structuring contractual arrangements with referral sources, general fraud and abuse matters, and health care receivables securitizations.
