Martha Rabbitt

Martha Rabbitt is a partner in Shutts & Bowen's Fort Lauderdale office, where she practices in the Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Rabbitt has experience in a wide range of corporate and finance transactions representing lending institutions in acquisitions, CMBS loan and defeasance transactions and refinances of large-scale commercial, hotel, storage and multi-family properties as well as asset based lending. She has also represented sellers and purchasers in a variety of commercial and residential transactions. Ms. Rabbitt also handles corporate matters representing clients in business acquisitions, mergers and sales. In addition, she has represented lenders in boat loan closings and foreclosure actions.
