Michelle L. Gerber is an attorney in the Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group in Shutts & Bowen's Miami office. Since the beginning of her practice, Ms. Gerber has handled matters involving commercial foreclosures, complex commercial litigation, loan workouts, and bankruptcy litigation in both state and federal courts. While attending law school, Ms. Gerber was the Senior Articles & Comments Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review. She also was named to the Dean's List. Ms. Gerber's previous professional experience includes working at a Miami-based boutique law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation as well as a summer clerkship for the Honorable Carol Sandra Moore Wells, United Stated Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
