Peter H. Levitt is a partner in the Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. His practice includes bankruptcy, insolvency and receivership litigation, real estate litigation, lender-borrower litigation and other commercial litigation.
Mr. Levitt received his J.D. from Columbia University in 1982, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the Research and Writing Editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. He received his B.A., with highest honors, from Binghamton University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
