
Rachel H. LeBlanc
Rachel LeBlanc is an attorney in Shutts & Bowen's Fort Lauderdale Office. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, handling matters involving insurance defense, class action defense, administrative law and insurance regulatory matters.
Ms. LeBlanc has substantial experience with handling cases brought pursuant to The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. She has handled all aspects of such cases, including filing petitions, obtaining temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, participating in mediation, and conducting evidentiary hearings. Ms. LeBlanc has represented parents from many different countries, including Venezuela, Mexico, Canada and England.
Additionally, Ms. LeBlanc is experienced in litigating trademark and unfair competition matters in state and federal court as well as at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
