Raymond "Ray" Royce

Raymond W. Royce is a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s West Palm Beach Real Estate Group.  He has extensive experience in a wide variety of real property,  development and land use matters.  Mr. Royce negotiates and prepares contracts for the purchase and sale of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural real property, real estate closing and residential and commercial loan transactions.  His growth management and land use practice includes filing applications and  organizing, preparing and presenting land use cases.  Mr. Royce represents property owners, developers and builders before municipal and county zoning authorities as well as various state and local governmental agencies.  He has obtained land use approvals for large residential and commercial developments, including Developments of Regional Impact.

Mr. Royce has practiced law in Palm Beach County since 1961.  He has been a lecturer on real property and land use law subjects at state and local legal educational seminars.
