Ricardo J. Souto is a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Miami office, where he concentrates his practice in taxation, estate planning and corporate planning.
As a member of the firm’s International Practice Group and Taxation Practice Group, Mr. Souto represents and advises foreign clients with respect to investments in the United States and related United States income tax and estate planning matters. Mr. Souto also represents numerous domestic clients in matters involving corporate mergers and acquisitions, income tax planning, and corporate structuring. In addition to advising clients regarding federal tax planning, Mr. Souto’s practice also involves consideration of state and local tax issues.
