Ryan C. Reinert is an associate in Shutts & Bowen's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Group in the Tampa office. Mr. Reinert's primary practice involves trustee representation, creditor committee representation, business bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reinert was a summer associate with an international financial company specializing in institutional investing.
While at Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Reinert was a member of the Stetson Moot Court Board. In the National Tax Moot Court Competition, Mr. Reinert earned a First Runner-Up in Oral Argument. Mr. Reinert also competed in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.
