Stephen E. Cook has been handling commercial real estate transactions on behalf of local and national clients for more than 25 years. Mr. Cook is a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group and is based in the Orlando office.
Mr. Cook has a broad base of real estate experience, including the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of shopping centers, stand alone retail properties and office properties. He has also represented national clients with real estate interests in multiple states, and has coordinated multi-parcel, multi-state transactions. Mr. Cook also has extensive experience in the representation of land developers and homebuilders, including single and multi-phase projects. That experience includes the acquisition and sale of property, financing and creation of governing documents for projects.
