Therese A. Cullinan

Therese Cullinan came from a banking background with experience in accounting, commercial and consumer loans and has been continuously employed in the real estate field since 1984.  She has experience in real estate transactions, including commercial, residential, loan transactions and construction financing.  In this capacity, she prepares closing documents, performs title searches, prepares title commitments and policies, prepares initial drafts of title opinions, reviews surveys, handles due diligence matters, attends closings, and addresses post closing matters.  Ms. Cullinan’s real estate experience gives her the ability to take work on a transaction from inception to closing.

More recently, she has been working in the foreclosure litigation area, as applied to mortgage loans and title work, including deeds in lieu of the foreclosure process.

Therese Cullinan was registered with The Florida Bar as a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2008 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Assistant.
