Biography

Tiffany DiIorio is a partner in Shutts & Bowen's Tampa office and a member of the Creditors' Rights  and Bankruptcy Practice Group.  Her practice primarily involves trustee representation, business bankruptcy, creditors' rights litigation and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DiIorio focused her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, with an emphasis on trustee representation, and commercial litigation.  Additionally, Ms. DiIorio served as judicial intern for Chief Judge Paul Glenn, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Florida.

Ms. DiIorio is an active member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers.  Ms. DiIorio also serves as co-coach to Stetson University College of Law's award-winning Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team.  While at Stetson, Ms. DiIorio was a member of the Stetson Moot Court Board and received the Victor O. Wehle Award for Trial Advocacy, the Judge Alexander Paskay Bankruptcy Award and was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.

Outside the office,  Ms. DiIorio is an active volunteer in the Clearwater and Tampa communities.
