Biography

Todd Kobrin represents clients in a broad range of real property litigation and transactional matters.  In litigation, his specific areas of concentration include mortgage foreclosures – representing commercial mortgage-backed securities pools, non-residential landlord/tenant matters – representing property managers and retail shopping center, office and warehouse owners and in construction matters – representing general contractors, subcontractors and materialmen in bond/lien foreclosure matters.  In real estate, his specific areas of concentration include general commercial and lender representation.

Mr. Kobrin has lectured extensively throughout the State of Florida on mortgage foreclosures, landlord/tenant matters and construction lien and bond claims and is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Construction Industry Forum and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Kobrin is an instrument-rated private pilot and utilizes his aircraft to provide representation to his clients throughout the Southeast.
