Attorney - Real Estate & Transactions

Real estate and business transactions associate to join the Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen, LLP, one of Florida's longest established state-wide law firms. Must be conscientious, detail oriented and have exceptional analytical and writing skills. Ability to understand the client’s business objectives and incorporate those objectives into and protect those objectives in appropriate transaction documents is a priority. Immediate exposure to public companies, blue-chip developers, national banks and other sophisticated business clients in complex real estate and corporate transactions. Top academic credentials and three to six years of law firm experience representing entities involved in various real estate and business transactions, including real estate purchases and leases, construction contracting and financing.
