John W. Bustard is an attorney in Shutts & Bowen’s Miami office, where he is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Bustard graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, in 1999. He received his B.A., with distinction, in Anthropology from the University of Virginia in 1990. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Bustard was a paralegal at two national law firms.
Mr. Bustard concentrates his practice in business litigation and has handled a variety of cases such as those involving constitutional and state tort claims, unfair trade practice actions, class certification issues and divorce actions. Mr. Bustard practiced in New York before moving to Florida in 2002.
