Florentino Gonzalez is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, and concentrates on commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes representing domestic and foreign entities in connection with the purchase and sale of agricultural and improved commercial parcels. In connection with such transactions, he negotiates and drafts all relevant agreements, works with tax experts to devise the appropriate structure for taking title, reviews title and survey and works with title underwriters on issuance of title policies.
Mr. Gonzalez also negotiates and drafts leases for various owners of commercial buildings in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Orange counties. Mr. Gonzalez also has represented various financial institutions in real estate lending transactions, including acquisition and construction loans and has negotiated and drafted various AIA contracts.
