Kai Jacobs is a member of Shutts & Bowen'sLitigation and Insurance Practice Groups. Mr. Jacobs practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, insurance coverage, trade secret theft litigation, banking litigation, secured creditors’ litigation, business torts, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and injunctions. His experience includes matters tried in both the state and federal courts, as well as arbitration of both commercial and international matters before the American Arbitration Association. He has also litigated matters for clients in other state and federal courts, including California, Texas, New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Jacobs’ work includes representing clients whose matters are on appeal before Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
