Jason W. Hill is an attorney in Shutts & Bowen’s Construction Litigation Practice Group in Orlando.
Mr. Hill advocates for his clients in a broad array of commercial and construction litigation. He represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in complex disputes involving construction defects, design defects, delay and interference claims, construction liens, claims against performance and payment bonds, and a wide range of asserted damages. He also litigates I.L.S.A. claims, water intrusion and “toxic mold” cases, and insurance coverage disputes under CGL policies, flood policies, “wind only” policies, and other types of insurance. In addition to achieving desired results at trial and post-trial proceedings, he has counseled clients in numerous cases at mediation.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hill worked in government relations in Washington D.C. While at William & Mary Law School, he participated in the school’s National Trial Team and served on its Bill of Rights Journal and earned a highest grade award in Civil Procedure.
