Brendan A. Barry is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and Florida Bar Certified in Real Estate Law.
Mr. Barry practices in commercial real estate representing owners, developers and lenders in the acquisition, development, finance, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate. Mr. Barry also has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance as well as workouts and restructuring. He also represents businesses and entrepreneurs in commercial transactions.
Mr. Barry received his J.D. from New York Law School in 1994 and his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University in 1991. He is a member of the Florida and Maine Bars and is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Mr. Barry is a board member of the Reitman Unit of the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County and a past member of the Planning Board for the Town of Lauderdale-by-The-Sea.
