Christopher W. Prusaski brings a strong litigation background to his practice in the Miami office, where he is a partner in the Business Litigation Practice Group. He works on business disputes throughout South Florida and was formerly a litigator with one of the largest law firms in the country.
Mr. Prusaski has handled disputes in a wide range of issues including breach of contract, construction litigation, real estate litigation, business torts and insurance coverage. His extensive trial experience includes cases in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration matters before the American Arbitration Association.
At St. Thomas University School of Law, Mr. Prusaski was president of the Moot Court Board and an articles editor of the St. Thomas Law Review.
