Sally T. Woodward is an attorney in the Shutts & Bowen LLP Tampa Office, where she is a member of the Corporate and the Labor & Employment Practice Groups.
Ms. Woodward represents public and private companies and entrepreneurs in all facets of general business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business contracts, business transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, franchise and labor and employment matters. Ms. Woodward’s clients include both domestic and international persons and entities. Ms. Woodward has significant experience in the restaurant and hospitality, auto dealership, defense, homeland security, chemical, agricultural products, fertilizer, metals, mining and manufacturing industries.
Prior to commencing her legal career, Ms. Woodward was a counseling psychologist for approximately 10 years, working in a number of capacities with severely emotionally disturbed children. Ms. Woodward also worked for some 10 years in professional and management positions in human resources and employee relations in the hotel/hospitality industry (in Disney associated hotels) as well as the high tech industry. In addition, Ms. Woodward worked full-time for 3 years as a corporate paralegal while attending law school.
Ms. Woodward is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
