Lynn Sherman is an attorney in Shutts & Bowen's Tampa office, where she is a member of the Creditors' Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group. Ms. Sherman represents creditors, trustees, debtors and other parties in all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcies, loan workouts, foreclosures and creditors' rights litigation.
Ms. Sherman is active in the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association and is a member of the Executive Council of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar. She is a former Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law. Ms. Sherman is a frequent speaker and author on matters involving creditors' rights, secured transactions, and bankruptcy.
