A seasoned litigator, Don Lynn helps clients by finding creative solutions to complex disputes. Because of his wide-ranging experience, he is able to protect clients' interests in various industries and help minimize the effects of disruptive litigation. He leads the firm's efforts throughout Florida as Chairman of Shutts & Bowen’s Litigation Department, based in the Miami office.
Experience
Mr. Lynn has consistently focused on commercial litigation, guiding numerous businesses through trials, arbitrations, and related negotiations. He counsels clients throughout the process and helps them face issues that may challenge their continued operations. He has considerable experience with shareholder disputes, contract disputes, telecommunications cases and franchise issues. He is also skilled in bankruptcy and creditors' rights cases and serves real estate clients in foreclosures, workouts, lender liability claims and related bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Lynn previously served on the Board of Editors of The Florida Bar Journal and has published articles on business tort litigation.
