James Johnston practices in the areas of land use and zoning, government law and real estate in Shutts & Bowen's Orlando office. He has an extensive background in representing developers and property owners on real estate development, land use and growth management issues. Mr. Johnston's experience includes gaining approvals for clients on land use, zoning, permitting, environmental and regulatory issues associated with real property development. Mr. Johnston is active with many local civic groups including the Orange County Regional History Center and the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.
