Todd Kobrin assists clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters. His specific areas of practice are construction litigation representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors and materialmen in defect actions and bond/lien foreclosure matters; and general commercial litigation representing a range of parties in contract disputes, development disputes, real property disputes, mortgage foreclosures, and nonresidential landlord/tenant matters. He is a member of the firm's Construction Litigation Practice Group in the Orlando office.
Mr. Kobrin has lectured extensively on construction law and commercial litigation and is a member of The Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the Construction Industry Forum and Real Property Sections of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Construction Law Committee.
