Peter A. Lagonowicz is an international tax and estate planning attorney in Shutts & Bowen's Miami office, where he concentrates his practice on the representation of foreign clients investing in the United States and U.S. based clients investing abroad.
A member of the firm's International/Tax Practice Group, Mr. Lagonowicz has advised foreign clients with inbound activities on a wide range of transactions, including the purchase and sale of U.S. real property, corporate acquisitions and reorganizations and other international financial transactions. In addition, Mr. Lagonowicz has experience in international tax, trust and estate planning for high net worth individuals and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen Mr. Lagonowicz was an international tax and estate planning attorney at a boutique international law firm in Miami.
