A member of the Business Litigation Practice Group, Danet Rodriguez Figg helps companies meet the challenges involved in legal business disputes. Her practice focuses primarily on real estate litigation, such as boundary disputes, breach of real estate contracts, disputes over easements and right-of-ways, and defects in title. She also has experience with complex business disputes in state and federal court and in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation. She is based in the West Palm Beach office.
Ms. Figg received her B.A., with honors, from Florida International University in 1997, and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 2003. While at the University of Florida, she was a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Team and served on the Moot Court Board as the Publicity Chair. She also served on the Journal of Technology, Law and Policy.
