Peter A. Franke is an attorney in Shutts & Bowen's Tampa office, where he practices in the firm's Corporate Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in transactional business law, with an emphasis in business acquisitions and sales, entity formation, corporate law, securities, real estate acquisitions, leasing and sales, commercial lending and corporate finance, including representation of both privately owned and public companies. While attending law school, he was a law clerk for a major title insurance company in Minneapolis.
Mr. Franke received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law in 2005, his M.B.A. from Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University in 2002, and his B.A. from DePauw University in 1998.
Mr. Franke is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
