R. John Nadjafi is an attorney in Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office, where he practices in the firm’s Construction & Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Nadjafi represents developers, contractors, material suppliers, design professionals and sureties in cases involving construction defects, delay claims, construction lien issues, contract disputes, collections and personal injury matters.
Additionally, Mr. Nadjafi is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute where he is a member of the Ethics Committee.
