Jack McElroy is a commercial litigator, with an emphasis in contract disputes, commercial landlord/tenant litigation, real estate related litigation, commercial collections and replevins, mortgage and lien foreclosures and general lender representation. Mr. McElroy has significant litigation experience in partnership disputes and shareholder disputes. He is a member of the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankrutpcy Practice Group and practices in its Orlando office.
He has been a speaker at numerous seminars on landlord/tenant litigation and commercial litigation. He has represented clients at both the trial court level and the appellate level throughout the State of Florida. Mr. McElroy provides statewide representation to various clients with a nationwide business presence.
