Erin K. Degnan is an attorney in the Real Estate Department of Shutts & Bowen’s Miami office, where she practices transactional real estate. She is experienced in residential and commercial acquisitions and dispositions, as well as construction and development of residential communities, condominiums, marinas and mixed use projects and land use, including the representation of clients before municipal boards in zoning and permitting matters. In addition, she is also experienced in general business law.
While at Georgetown University law Center, Ms. Degnan was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team of the Barrister's Council and the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
