Bill McCullough's practice is focused primarily on regulatory and transactional matters for domestic and foreign banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors, and other financial services firms. He assists domestic and international clients with general corporate and contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and complex financing transactions. He is a partner in the Financial Services Practice Group of the firm's Miami office.
Mr. McCullough has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law, where he taught an advanced seminar entitled Financial Institutions Mergers and Acquisitions.
