Stephen Drobny is an attorney in Shutts & Bowen's Creditors' Rights Practice Group. Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, he practiced in California in the areas of commercial litigation and bankrupty. His experience in bankruptcy matters includes representing debtors, trustees, committees and secured creditors in complex Chapter 11, 7 and 13 cases.
Mr. Drobny served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Richard Lee of the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California from 2002 to 2003.
